Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Evol Match mobile application ("Application" or "Evol Match"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
To register an account and use the Application, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence). Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and accounts violating this rule will be deleted permanently.
Users can sign up using email, Google, or Apple login methods. Evol Match offers 3 distinct subscription levels with varying features and limits:

Violation of these rules, block accumulation, or user complaints may lead to account suspension or permanent termination by System Administrators.
For community engagement, behavior tracking, and interface testing, the system features fully automated test accounts (bot profiles). If a user matches with one of these automated accounts, they will be directly notified. Users may interact with these system profiles to experience the core features of the application.
Security Notice: Profile images and chat media files are protected behind secure headers (X-App-Client and JWT verification). Attempting to bypass these blocks or making unauthorized API calls may result in permanent bans and legal action.
Evol Match allows users to purchase consumable virtual coins ("Coins") to enhance in-app interactions, show appreciation to other members, and convert them to virtual gifts ("Gifts") to send to other users. Virtual Coins and Gifts have no cash value, do not accrue interest, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real-world currencies or tangible items. Users acknowledge that Coins are purely digital consumables to be used within the application's ecosystem.
In-app billing (Silver/Gold subscriptions and coin packages) is handled through Google Play Console, App Store, and RevenueCat billing frameworks. Refund and cancellation requests must be processed under the respective platform store billing policies.
Evol Match is not responsible for any virtual interactions, matches, or in-person/offline meetings between users. Personal safety measures remain the sole responsibility of individual users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top will be modified. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of updated terms.
